PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS

Whether you are a beginner trying to learn the basics of the game or a veteran trying to improve your tennis skills Kinesis is the place to Get Set, and Play! Learn the intricate skills of the game from Internationally Certified Professionals (USPTR, USPTA, ITF) at India’s 1 st and only ISO9001:2008 certified tennis academy.

Kinesis is excited to announce our NEW CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS for various levels. After graduating from each program students will receive a Kinesis Certificate of Merit confirming their level of play.


ADULT BEGINNER (Level 1) – A comprehensive, structured program for true beginners or players with minimal prior instruction and playing experience. The main emphasis is on basic ground strokes and serves, with the introduction of volley and match-play.
Players who have completed the Beginner’s course and feel ready for the next level can move to our Improver course.

Course: Adult Beginner (Level 1)

Duration: 20 lessons + 10 hours of FREE playing time to be completed in 2 months. Candidates can enroll for additional coaching hours @ `500/hr

Time: Weekday mornings, 6:30-9:30 am (any one hour)

Price: `10,000

Eligibility: No prior / minimal tennis experience


ADULT IMPROVER (Level 2) – If you know the basics but want to take your game to the next level by learning more advanced techniques and tactics, this is the course for you! This course works on improving all aspects of the game – skill, stamina, fitness and footwork.
All participants who complete the course will also be eligible to become a Member of Kinesis. Players who have completed the Improver course and play regularly for 6 months can then sign up for our Advanced Coaching Program.

Course: Adult Improver (Level 2)

Duration: 10 lessons + 10 hours of FREE playing time to be completed in one month. Candidates can enroll for additional coaching hours @ `500/hr

Time: Weekday mornings, 6:30-9:30 am (any one hour)

Price: `6,000 + 1 month Free Membership*

Eligibility: Completion of Beginner’s Course (Level 1) + 6 months playing experience OR At least 1 year of continuous playing experience


ADULT ADVANCED (Level 3) – Fine-tune weak shots, identify those niggling bad habits, master your basics, learn advanced shot making and lots more. This intensive course is a one-stop-shop to take your game to the next level and help you win matches and master the game you love!

Course: Adult Advanced (Level 3)

Duration: 8 lessons + 15 hours of FREE playing time to be completed in one month. Candidates can enroll for additional coaching hours @ `500/hr

Time: Weekday mornings, 6:30-9:30am (any one hour)

Price: `5,000 + 1 Month free Membership*

Eligibility: Completion of Improver’s Course (Level 2) + 6 months playing OR At least 2 years of continuous playing experience

KINESIS MEMBERSHIP FOR ADULTS
Kinesis also offers a membership program for adults where avid tennis enthusiasts can come over to our centers in the mornings and play matches. Be it with other members or our qualified ground staff, there will always be someone to hit the ball back with interest!

You could also compete in the Kinesis tournaments that we organize throughout the year, improve your game with one-on-one sessions with expert coaches and ensure that you are always playing your favorite game.
